In-Transit Orders

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to accept refund requests or cancellations while the package is in transit or out for delivery. The sale is considered final at the time of shipment.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at myremedyandroot@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received.

Returns
