Shipping

  • Where we ship: United States only (all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses).
  • Shipping cost: Free on all orders. Every order ships with free tracked and insured shipping — no minimums, no hidden fees.
  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date your order ships.
  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@myremedyandroot.com and we'll make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • No return required: You don't need to ship anything back. Keep the jar.
  • No questions asked: We won't make you jump through hoops. If it didn't work for you, we'll refund you. Period.
  • How to request a refund: Email us at myremedyandroot@gmail.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
