We stand behind our product, and our 30-Day Guarantee is available to customers who have genuinely and consistently used the cream as directed. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
Proof of Consistent Use
- Customers must submit daily photo documentation of the cream being applied to both feet for the full 30-day period. Photos must be time-stamped and date-stamped.
- Photos must clearly show the cream visibly applied to the affected area.
- Missing more than 3 days of photo documentation disqualifies the claim automatically.
Usage Compliance
- The cream must have been applied twice daily (morning and night) as instructed.
- Customer must confirm in writing that no competing products were used simultaneously.
Submission Requirements
- All 30 days of photos must be submitted in a single claim email to our support team.
- A completed Guarantee Claim Form must accompany the submission.
- Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the 30-day period ending — late submissions are void.
Review Process
- Our team will review all submitted documentation within 7–10 business days.
- Incomplete, blurry, or inconsistent submissions will be denied.
- We reserve the right to request a video call verification if documentation is unclear.
